Report a Price or Specification Issue
Include the page URL, brand, full model number and the detail you believe needs correction. A dated supplier quotation or matching manufacturer datasheet helps us check the issue. Remove personal information from any document that is not needed to understand the correction.
Request a Solar Installation Quote
For a home or business installation, use the quote form so your location, electricity use, roof type and backup requirements can be reviewed together. A request is an enquiry, not an order or confirmed installation booking.
Privacy and Data Requests
To ask about information you submitted, or request a correction or deletion, email us from the address associated with your enquiry. Explain which request you are referring to. We may need enough information to confirm the request belongs to you.
Equipment and Warranty Questions
For a purchased product, contact the seller or warranty provider named on your invoice. We cannot confirm an equipment warranty claim on a manufacturer’s behalf. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or national identity documents.
